I have been active in the field of adventure and nature-based therapy for many years. Previously, I worked in outdoor education for OUTWARD BOUND Germany, where I was involved in train the trainer programs. Training in forest bathing and clinical forest therapy has opened up a new field for me in the healthcare sector. Together with Alexander Rose in Spain (Valencia), I am the founder and managing director of ATI (Adventure Therapy Institute). We offer training in adventure therapy through international courses at three levels and provide therapy programs. In Germany, I founded a nationwide network group for adventure therapy together with colleagues and am a member of the national association and the European network ATE.
