Im from SEA Philippines. I have an on-going mental health and addictions program and treatment center. We use adventure and nature based therapy as transition and revalida activities to check into the depth of our clients understanding of the program. We have a campsite that we manage, beside the ocean and the mountains where we take our client to a weeklong creation centered spiritual retreat. Nature based addiction recovery is close to me due to my lived experience and besides, im from the islands, so nature is just a natural trajectory for my recovery and how i help my clients. I do wish to help promote adventure therapy as a complimenting process for therapy in the islands.
